Delivery and Installation

WCM offers free delivery and installation on your prepared land. If buyers don’t want to use their service for this purpose, they can arrange to install the building themselves. Buyers can pick up the materials, or the company will deliver them. A printable installation manual is available for free, so DIY enthusiasts can tackle this project on their own. If you choose to use the company’s installation service, they will contact you a week prior to the installation. Most structures can be assembled in a day, but larger buildings may take two days to complete. It’s important to note that WCM does not do any site work preparation. You are responsible for grading and clearing the space for your building. It is also your responsibility to acquire any permits that may be necessary for your structure. Contact your local county building department to see if a permit is necessary.
